What you'll do
Provide professional barbering services, including classic and modern cuts, fades, beard grooming, and shaving.
Perform traditional straight razor shaves, beard shaping, and facial hair care using the appropriate techniques and products.
Advise clients to understand their preferences and recommend haircuts, beard styles, and personal care services.
Offer personalized barbering experiences in accordance with the hotel's luxury standards.
Advise on men's hair care, beard maintenance, and professional personal care products.
Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the barber station, tools, equipment, and work area.
Clean, disinfect, and sterilize barbering tools and equipment according to hygiene and safety protocols.
Manage appointments efficiently and guarantee punctual, discreet, and professional service.
Hair consultations and assessment of the client's hair needs.
Personalized service expected in a luxury hotel.
Recommend and promote suitable men's care products and treatments to enhance the client experience.
Monitor barbering product stock and inform the manager when replenishment is necessary.
Stay updated on trends, techniques, and products within the barbering and men's grooming sector.
Comply with service standards, personal image regulations, and the hotel's health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
What we're looking for
Qualification or professional training in barbering or men's hairdressing.
Previous experience as a barber, preferably in luxury hotels, premium barbershops, or high-end beauty centers.
Proficiency in men's cutting techniques, fades, beard grooming, and traditional shaving.
Knowledge of barbering tools, men's grooming products, skin preparation, and hygiene procedures.
