We're looking for a passionate, hospitality-driven Barista to help bring that experience to life every day. This role is about much more than making coffee. You'll craft espresso beverages with precision, welcome guests with warmth, showcase our artisan pastries, and create memorable experiences from the moment each guest walks through our doors. What You’ll Do:

• Prepare espresso beverages, brewed coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with consistency and attention to detail.
• Welcome guests, answer questions, and provide thoughtful recommendations on beverages and pastries.
• Maintain exceptional beverage quality, cleanliness, and organization throughout every shift.
• Stock ingredients, prepare drink components, and complete opening and closing responsibilities.
• Merchandise pastry displays to showcase our artisan products beautifully.
• Process guest orders accurately while delivering warm, genuine hospitality.
• Support café cleanliness through bussing tables, washing dishes, and maintaining guest areas.
• Work collaboratively with the bakery and service teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
