We are a colourful, diverse, professional team and love our friendly, informal culture. #### Job Description **How does your working day look like …** - Attend work as scheduled, including varied shifts throughout the week and weekends, and participate in all scheduled training sessions. - Perform daily duties efficiently and productively while consistently meeting the hotel's service and quality standards. - Assist with daily opening, setup, and closing procedures for the bar or coffee station. - Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to the hotel's recipes, presentation standards, and guest preferences. - Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment properly and safely. - Ensure the quality, consistency, and presentation of all beverages served. - Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service while responding promptly to guest requests. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in front of and behind the bar, including workstations, counters, equipment, and floors during service. - Clean, stock, and organize glassware, cups, utensils, and other service items throughout the shift. - Monitor and replenish coffee beans, milk, syrups, condiments, fruits, juices, soft drinks, and other beverage supplies as required. - Monitor stock levels and report shortages, wastage, or equipment issues to the supervisor. - Ensure the back-of-house areas, storage areas, and beverage stations remain clean, organized, and properly maintained at all times. - Follow food safety, hygiene, health, and safety procedures, including proper storage and handling of ingredients. - Participate in scheduled cleaning activities and follow the cleaning checklists provided by the Bar Manager or supervisors. - Follow all hotel policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and departmental guidelines. - Complete assigned side duties and support other team members to ensure smooth daily operations. - Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by the Management or Supervisory Team. #### Qualifications **Your personality counts more than your CV …** - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar F&B role. - Knowledge of coffee preparation, beverage service, and basic barista equipment. - Good communication and customer service skills. - Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards. - Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. - Good command of English. #### Additional Information **What’s in it for you …** - Get to know all the other 25hours hotels and stay ten nights a year for free as an employee! - Take advantage of being part of Ennismore and get generous discounts when visiting our bars and restaurants as well as booking hotel rooms all over the world - Benefit from great offers from our numerous cooperation partners - Be part of our hilarious staff parties and much more... 1.
