We are seeking a friendly, skilled Barista to join our team at Basecamp, located at Lightwell Hotel and Spa. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages according to company standards.
- Serve and prepare breakfast foods, maintaining quality and presentation.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
- Handle cash register operations and process transactions accurately.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
- Ability to prepare and serve breakfast foods.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings and weekends.
- Must be at least 18 years old
