Barista

We are looking for a skilled Barista to join our high-end restaurant.

Successful candidate will prepare and serve premium coffee beverages, maintain exceptional service standards, and create a memorable guest experience in a dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee, tea, and other beverages to the highest standards.


• Familiar with latest hot and cold beverages, latte art, coffee equipment and maintain the workstation clean and organized.


• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.


• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.


• Collaborate with restaurant staff to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Skills

Requirements:

• Previous barista experience, preferably in a hotel or high-end restaurant.


• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage presentation.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Professional appearance and positive attitude.


• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
