Job Title: Professional Barista

Monthly Salary: AED 3,000

DISTANCE Café is looking for a professional, qualified, and experienced Barista to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality specialty coffee, hot and cold beverages, serving customers professionally, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Employment Conditions:

• Minimum 2 years of Barista experience.
• All nationalities are welcome.
• Must hold a valid UAE visa and be legally eligible to work.
• Must not have any employment ban or legal work restrictions.
• Accommodation and meals are not provided.
• The employee is responsible for their own accommodation and food expenses.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to work.

Salary: AED 3,000 per month.

Skills

• Minimum 2 years of professional Barista experience.
• Excellent knowledge of specialty coffee and espresso-based beverages.
• Skilled in preparing hot and cold coffee, V60, Spanish Latte, Matcha, and other specialty drinks.
• Ability to operate and maintain professional espresso machines and coffee grinders.
• Good knowledge of coffee beans, grinding, extraction, and brewing techniques.
• Latte art skills are preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer orders and POS systems.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy hours.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
