Barista / Cashier

Position Summary

The Barista/Cashier is responsible for preparing coffee beverages, assisting customers with food and drink selections, processing transactions, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced grab-and-go environment. This role helps maintain product quality, keeps displays clean, stocked, and organized, and ensures guests receive quick and friendly service.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform all duties toward the goal of providing excellent guest service in an efficient manner.
• Follow all policies, procedures and service standards.
• Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes.
• Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments.
• Assist guests with menu selections and answer questions about products.
• Stock and replenish grab-and-go food, beverages, and retail items.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low-stock items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service counters, dining areas, and beverage stations.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational duties.
• Ensure products are attractively displayed and properly labeled.
• Complete all opening,running, and closing assigned sidework tasks.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
