*This is a tipped position. All tips earned will be included on your paycheck.

SUMMARY:

The barista will prepare high quality beverages and serve products/pastries while providing great customer service for the Coeur d' Alene Casino Resort guests while ensuring a clean and productive environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up and tear down scheduled area and ensure daily duties are performed.
• Utilize proper training and drink making techniques for making quality products.
• Organize, clean and rotate stock in display cases, counters and coolers.
• Follow proper sanitation and food handling practices.
• Prepare menu items and drinks quickly, consistently, and efficiently.
• Assist any Barista in any form to ensure Customer satisfaction.
• Clean assigned work area, restock as needed and finish all end of shift duties.
• Coordinate, work with, and help fellow employees.
• Communicate with other Baristas, Managers, and Customers in a positive and effective manner.
• Ensure all products that are served are of the highest quality for our guests.
• Help be a part of a positive team environment.
