Job Description
COFFEEMAN is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our growing team!
Whether you are an experienced barista or someone looking to start a career in the coffee industry, we welcome you to join us. Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve quality coffee, tea and other beverages, including espresso-based drinks and traditional Singapore Kopi & Teh.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, POS systems and other café equipment.
Handle customer orders, cashiering and payment transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, equipment and workstations.
Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks and daily café operations.
Ensure consistent beverage quality and presentation.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Requirements
Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
No prior barista experience required – training will be provided.
Passionate about coffee, beverages and customer service.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Friendly, responsible and a good team player.
Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to roster.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experienced baristas are welcome to apply.
