Barista - Part Time

(Please note that you must already have work rights in New Zealand to be considered for this role)

Cordis, Auckland is seeking a Part-Time Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. This role suits someone who takes pride in quality coffee, enjoys delivering warm service, and works well in a team-focused hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to hotel standards
• Deliver friendly, professional service to guests and colleagues
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the coffee and service areas
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures
• Support the wider Food & Beverage team as required

Our Ideal Candidate

• Previous barista or café experience is essential
• Hotel or premium hospitality experience is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Reliable, well-presented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability across a rotating roster, including weekends
