Modern Love in the Fairlane hotel is looking for a friendly Barista to open the cafe, prepare coffee, espresso, tea, and light food, and keep service running smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Open the cafe, set up equipment and the register, and stock supplies.
• Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, and light food consistently; check quality throughout the shift.
• Welcome guests, take orders, offer recommendations, and process payments.
• Keep the cafe and equipment clean and sanitary.
• Restock supplies, flag low inventory, and help teammates during busy periods.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable working at a fast pace.
• Good communication and time management skills; able to learn equipment and POS systems.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Barista or customer service experience and coffee or tea knowledge preferred.

SCHEDULE
On-property position. Must be available for early mornings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
