☕ What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome residents, guests, and staff with friendly, upbeat service.
• Take orders and accurately process cash and credit-card payments.
• Prepare and serve beverages and ready-to-eat foods.
• Help with meal reservations, tables, and dining service.
• Keep the Bistro, cashier area, and beverage station clean, organized, and stocked.
• Work with your teammates to keep things running smoothly, even when it gets busy.
• Help create a positive, inviting atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, privacy, and workplace safety standards.

What You’ll Bring

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Have a valid Oregon Food Handler’s Card.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Bring a friendly personality, dependability, and a willingness to learn.
• Enjoy working with people and contributing to a positive team environment.
• Be comfortable in a fast-paced setting.
• Have basic computer/POS and math skills.
• Show respect and appreciation for older adults.
• Maintain reliable attendance and a positive, team-first attitude.

Coffee-making experience? That’s a bonus! Previous barista experience, especially with craft coffee, is a plus—but a great attitude and eagerness to learn matter, too.

Before you start: Successful completion of the required drug screening and orientation is required.
