Specialty Coffee Barista
Experience: Minimum 2 years
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista with a strong understanding of specialty coffee and modern brewing techniques.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista.
- Good knowledge of specialty coffee, including V60, Chemex, AeroPress, and other manual brewing methods.
- Strong understanding of espresso extraction, grinder calibration, and milk steaming.
- Ability to prepare high-quality espresso-based beverages, including cappuccino, latte, flat white, and americano.
- Knowledge of coffee beans, grind sizes, brewing ratios, and extraction techniques.
- Experience operating and maintaining professional coffee machines and grinders.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and consistency in every cup.
- Passion for specialty coffee, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Preferred: Experience working in a specialty coffee shop or premium café.
