About the role
A Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and other menu items while providing excellent customer service. The role includes taking customer orders, operating coffee machines, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
Operate and maintain coffee machines and other equipment.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the counter, dining area, and workstation.
Monitor inventory and replenish supplies as needed.
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety practices.
Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
