Barista Lead

Prepare and serve coffee and specialty beverages, deliver fast friendly customer service, and maintain café cleanliness and stock.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare espresso-based and brewed beverages to recipe and presentation standards.

- Take customer orders, handle transactions, and answer product questions.

- Maintain espresso machine, grinders, and brewing equipment; perform routine cleaning.

- Steam milk to proper texture, manage beverage quality and consistency.

- Replenish supplies, restock pastry/display cases, and rotate inventory.

- Keep service area, seating, and condiment stations clean and organized.

- Support opening/closing duties and follow cash-handling procedures.

Qualifications:

- Prior café or customer-service experience preferred.

- Ability to learn espresso equipment and drink recipes quickly.

- Comfortable with cash handling and POS systems.

- Friendly communication, multitasking, attention to detail, basic math.
