We are currently seeking Baristas to join our Rochester café.

Compensation: $18+ per hour (combined base wage and average tips).

• Previous coffee experience is preferred, with specialty coffee shop barista experience strongly preferred.

• A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing an exceptional experience for every guest.

• Curiosity and a desire to continuously grow your knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing techniques, and our products.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Flexible availability is highly preferred, with evening and weekend availability especially valued.
