• Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to help promote the culture of Copper Moon
• Anticipate customer needs by continuous evaluation of the store and client presence
• Deliver a high level of customer service to all customers - displaying a Customer First attitude
• Greet all customers when they enter the store
• Maintain positive relationships with other team members and management staff
• Ensure accuracy on customer food and drink orders
