Barista Supervisor

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Barista Supervisor to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee preparation and customer service, with a focus on delivering high-quality beverages and an exceptional customer experience. As a Barista Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in our coffee shop, ensuring that all staff are trained in coffee preparation techniques and customer service standards. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and train baristas in coffee preparation, including espresso, cappuccino, and specialty coffee drinks. - Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the coffee shop. - Ensure that all beverages are prepared to the highest quality standards. - Manage inventory and order supplies as needed. - Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively. - Assist in creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers. - Collaborate with management to develop new beverage offerings and promotions.
