Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and coffee in accordance with hotel recipes and standards, using local and seasonal ingredients whenever possible. Set up, restock, and close the bar, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and well maintained. Provide attentive guest service, recommend beverages, and tailor offerings to guests’ preferences and requirements, including allergies and non-alcoholic options. Accurately process orders and payments through the POS system. Monitor stock levels, control wastage, and ensure the proper storage and preservation of all products. Comply with responsible alcohol service regulations, as well as all hygiene, health, and safety standards.
