As a Bars Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel’s bars, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and consistent adherence to Park Hyatt’s luxury service standards. This role leads the bar team, manages beverage quality and inventory, develops creative cocktail programs, controls costs, and ensures compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements.
