We are a colourful, diverse, professional team and love our friendly, informal culture. #### Job Description **How does your working day look like …** - Identify and meet guests' needs, provide appropriate bar services and assist guests in recommendations, upselling where appropriate in order to provide knowledgeable and bespoke service. - Complete day-to-day activities by following all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner while delivering a quality service to guests and maintaining standards of excellence. - Adhere to all relevant health, safety and environment procedures, instructions and controls so that Company provides world class and luxurious hospitality services to its guests. - Comply with quality expectations and standards. - Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support team to reach common goals. - Maintain efficient workflow by adhering to the sequence of service and standards detailed in relevant F&B Standards Manual. - Serve beverages according to defined standards and measures (according to local license agreements). - Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks according to beverage recipes. - Ensure all drinks transactions are processed, registered and settled. - Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. - Setup the bar appropriately, ensuring the visuals and merchandise are placed appropriately. - Undertake opening, closing & cleaning tasks as detailed on checklists. - Coordinate with stewards to ensure equipment and bar area are kept hygienically clean and tidy at all times and sufficient glassware is available. - Ensure the checking of expiration dates and that all perishable garnishes are stored and recorded in designated storage area. - Adopt a responsible attitude towards serving of alcoholic beverages, to ensure safe consumption in line with company policy and regulatory requirements. - Perform related tasks and duties as assigned and deemed responsible by management. #### Qualifications **Your personality counts more than your CV …** - You have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Bartender in a 5-star hotel, upscale bar, or high-end restaurant. - You have strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar service standards. - You are passionate about hospitality and genuinely enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests. - You have experience with POS systems **,** cash handling, and managing guest requests and complaints professionally. - You have a friendly, confident personality and enjoy interacting with guests and colleagues. - You are reliable, organised, and able to keep a cool head and maintain service standards during busy periods. - You are a true team player with a hands-on mentality and a positive attitude. - You have good knowledge of bar hygiene, cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service. - You communicate confidently in English. #### Additional Information **What’s in it for you …** - Get to know all the other 25hours hotels and stay ten nights a year for free as an employee! - Take advantage of being part of Ennismore and get generous discounts when visiting our bars and restaurants as well as booking hotel rooms all over the world - Benefit from great offers from our numerous cooperation partners - Be part of our hilarious staff parties and much more... 1.
