| Skilled positions require employee to read, write, and speak English. The employee will perform tasks indoors or outdoors under all climatic conditions. Skilled positions include but are not limited to: Assist bartenders in preparing the bar for service, including setting up glassware, garnishes, and bar tools. Replenish bar supplies such as liquor, mixers, ice, glassware, napkins, and garnishes during service. Ensure continuous availability of stock to support smooth bar operations.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, back bar, and storage areas. Collect, wash, and polish glassware and bar utensils. Dispose of waste properly and ensure sanitation standards are followed |
