Bear Flag Fish Company is excited to announce the opening or our new location in Costa Mesa this summer! We’re looking for a talented, energetic, and service-focused professional to join our team. If you love creating memorable guest experiences, know your way around a cocktail shaker, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced bar, restaurant, or lounge setting

Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits

Excellent customer service and communication skills – able to read the room and build rapport with guests

Comfortable with multitasking and working efficiently under pressure during peak hours

Accurate with cash handling and POS systems

Working knowledge of responsible alcohol service and local liquor laws

Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in drink preparation

Weekend Availability!

Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs (e.g. kegs, boxes, etc.)
