Required skills and qualifications to be a Bartender with Soba and Umi:

Must be at least 21 years old
Able to communicate clearly and effectively with others
Exceptional customer service skills
Knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
Basic math skills and the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
