Looking for dynamic bartenders to join the Four Points by Sheraton North Shore in Brown Deer, WI.
Bar Shifts: 4pm to 11 pm
Part time or Full Time (Full time employees qualify for health benefits)
Banquet Shifts: TBD
Pay: $10+ per hour + Tips (Earning potential of up to $30 with tips)

SUMMARY: The Bartender\ server is primarily responsible for serving properly mixed drinks to catered guests and\ or working as a server for dinner service. In addition to serving dine in guest, coordinate carryout and deliver orders is apart of the daily shift duties.
S/He will promote a safe working environment and quality service to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
The Bartender will work with supervisors, inspectors, and other members of the banquet/restaurant team to ensure maximum efficiency and exceptional service. Banquets shifts will entail setting up banquet rooms, bartending and serving food for banquet events.
The Banquet/Restaurant Bartender/ Server shall strive to provide exceptional service to guests at all times. S/he will be responsible for exemplifying the Hotel’s Culture.

- Providing Exception Service and Driving Guest Satisfaction Scores
- Completing Daily Check List Duties
- Attendance, positive attitude and team work
- Meeting service standards and promoting F&B Offerings
