Grand Central Bowling, Arcade & Sports Bar is looking for energetic, experienced Bartenders who know how to make great drinks and, just as importantly, create a great guest experience.

Grand Central isn't your typical restaurant or bar. We're a high-energy entertainment destination featuring bowling, arcade games, sports, food and drinks, all under one roof. We're looking for bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy connecting with guests, and bring positive energy to every shift.

Our existing bartender training emphasizes genuine hospitality, professional service, guest engagement, beverage knowledge, teamwork, and creating an energetic bar experience that keeps guests coming back.

What You'll Do

As a Grand Central Bartender, you'll help set the tone for the guest experience. You'll:

• Provide friendly, engaging and attentive service
• Prepare cocktails consistently and according to Grand Central standards
• Serve beer, wine and spirits with confidence
• Get to know your guests and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
• Maintain strong knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings
• Provide fast, accurate service while managing multiple guests and priorities
• Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked and ready for business
• Accurately enter orders into the POS
• Work closely with fellow bartenders, servers, kitchen team members and managers
• Support the entire team during busy shifts
• Follow responsible alcohol-service procedures
• Complete opening, running and closing responsibilities

These expectations closely reflect Grand Central's existing bartender standards, which include beverage knowledge, accurate POS entry, stocking and cleanliness, teamwork, responsible beverage procedures, guest engagement and consistent recipe execution.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine and spirits
• Strong communication and guest-service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and professional
• Must meet applicable requirements to serve alcoholic beverages
• Evening and weekend availability preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to continuously stand, walk and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Must be able to frequently bend, squat, reach overhead, and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Will be occasionally kneeling and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Will seldom be sitting, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting over 50 pounds.
