Bartender / Drink Manager

About Company:

Our client is a newly opened restaurant located in a 4-star hotel at Central of Singapore. With head chef from Tokyo, Japan, they are offering wonderful Japanese and French fusion cuisine.

Job Description:

- Manage daily bar operations

- Take charge of bar prep, stock levels, and timing

- Keep the bar clean, safe, and running smoothly

- Maintain drinks hygiene standards and workplace safety

- Assist the head bartender with cost management, quality control, and training new talent

Job Requirements:

- Min 3 years of relevant experience

- Knowledgeable in alcohol like cocktails and sake

- Skills in stirring and shaking cocktails are preferred

- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays

- Good team player and self-motivated

- Passionate about service and people

Compensation:

- Working location: Central, walking distance to MRT station

- Working hours: Weekdays: 3pm - 12am; Weekends: 10am - 12am

- Working days: 5 days/week (shift rotational)

- Overtime payment
