We’re looking for a high-energy, friendly, and dependable Bartenders to deliver exceptional beverage service and create memorable guest experiences at The Brook. In this role, you’ll prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, engage with guests, process transactions, and maintain a clean, organized bar environment. From crafting cocktails to providing outstanding hospitality, you’ll play a key role in keeping the energy high and the experience unforgettable.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and efficiency
• Take drink orders, process POS transactions, and provide outstanding guest service
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar station throughout your shift
• Verify guest age and comply with all federal, state, and company alcohol service policies
• Assist cocktail servers and support beverage operations during busy periods
• Recommend beverages and answer guest questions about menu offerings
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and gaming regulations

What We’re Looking For

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Minimum 6 months of bartending experience required
• High-energy, friendly, upbeat, personable, and dependable attitude
• Full weekend availability and flexibility throughout the week
• Knowledge of standard drink recipes, spirits, beer, wine, and bar equipment
• Strong communication, guest service, and organizational skills
• TIPS, TEAMS, or equivalent alcohol service certification preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and serve multiple guests efficiently
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
