Bartender

Field Day Brewing Co. is looking for experienced, hospitality-driven Bartenders to join our team in North Liberty!

We're more than just a brewery. We're a place where people come together for craft beer, great food, duckpin bowling, and good times. Our bartenders help bring that experience to life through friendly service, great drinks, and genuine connections with guests.

Whether you're pouring one of our house-brewed beers, mixing up a cocktail, or helping someone discover their new favorite drink, you'll play an important role in making Field Day a place guests want to return to.

Compensation & Schedule

Bartenders start at $4.35/hour plus tips once fully trained. Tips are paid out the following morning.

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Daytime and evening shifts available throughout the week, including weekends
• Currently prioritizing candidates with daytime availability for full-time positions

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service to every guest
• Prepare and serve craft beer, cocktails, wine, and other beverages
• Help guests explore our beer lineup, food menu, and featured offerings
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, organized, and ready for action
• Handle transactions accurately and practice responsible alcohol service
• Help with keg changes, tap maintenance, and daily bar operations
• Support duckpin bowling guests and fellow team members when needed
• Bring a positive attitude and help create a great experience every shift
• Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous bartending experience preferred, especially in a high-volume setting
• A genuine passion for hospitality, craft beer, and connecting with people
• Confidence making drinks, recommending beverages, and managing multiple guests
• Ability to stay organized, move quickly, and keep your cool when things get busy
• A dependable, team-first attitude
• Willingness to learn about our beers, menu, and brewery experience
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
• Availability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
