BARTENDER

The VIG in McDowell Mountain Ranch is looking for enthusiastic Bartenders to provide an excellent guest dining experience. Compensation includes hourly rate and tips.

Responsibilities:

- Follow and execute the Genuine Concepts Steps of Service

- Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks

- Assess guest’s needs and preferences and make recommendations

- Check guest’s identification and confirm it meets legal drinking requirements

- Restock stations before/after service

- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
