The Role: Bartender
We’re looking for charismatic, quick-handed bartenders to mix drinks, spark conversations, and keep the good times flowing. If you’ve got the personality, pace, and passion for service—this is your bar.
What You’ll Do
- Craft cocktails, pour drafts, and keep the bar stocked and spotless
- Deliver friendly, informative, and efficient service to bar guests and servers
- Share food & drink knowledge and help guests find their favorites
- Pre-bus and maintain the bar area throughout your shift
- Promote specials, events, and that TBonz energy
- Process payments swiftly and accurately
- Collaborate with your team to keep shifts smooth and upbeat
What You Bring
- 21+ with a love for people and service
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Alcohol Safety Certified (or willing to get certified during training)
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and team-player spirit
Pay
$2.13–$7.25/hr + tips (based on experience and shift flexibility)
