Position Summary
Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards, ensuring a high-quality guest experience while maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and tidiness across all service and bar areas. Adhere to workplace safety practices at all times, including the safe operation of bar equipment.
Primary Responsibility
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the outlet and bar by preparing, presenting, and serving food and beverages efficiently in accordance with established service standards, while maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and tidiness across all service areas. Ensure compliance with workplace safety practices at all times, including the safe operation of bar equipment.
Requirements
Education:
- Middle school graduated
- FandB and/or Bartender certificate is an added advantage
Experience:
- 1 year at a 4-star hotel or reputable restaurant
Knowledge and Skills:
- Basic bartending skills
- Product knowledge of beverages
Basic customer service skills
- Computer literate
Others:
- Fluent with Cantonese or Mandarin, both written and spoken
- English is an added advantage
- Able to walk and stand continuous for extended amount of time
- Team player
