What we're looking for

We’re looking for someone who leads with heart, curiosity and a strong commercial mindset.

• Experience: At least 1 year experience behind a bar or as a barista in a fast paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
• Delivering excellent customer service and creating a warm atmosphere.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times.
• Restocking bar supplies, placing bar orders and managing inventory levels.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service.
• Setting up and closing down the bar area (opening/closing duties).
