We're seeking enthusiastic and talented Bartenders who are passionate about craft beverages, guest engagement, and creating memorable experiences in a high-energy entertainment environment.

Job Summary

As a Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering an elevated guest experience by expertly preparing beverages, engaging with guests, and bringing the energy and excitement of Netflix House to life. More than simply serving drinks, you'll create an atmosphere that enhances each guest's visit while embodying Levy's commitment to hospitality excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Levy recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional guest service through friendly, engaging, and personalized interactions.
• Create a welcoming and energetic bar environment that complements the immersive experience of Netflix House.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of beverage menus, specialty cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and promotional offerings.
• Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with all state and local regulations.
• Recognize and appropriately address signs of intoxication in accordance with alcohol service training and company policies.
• Accurately process guest orders and payments using point-of-sale systems.
• Set up, stock, and maintain assigned bar areas throughout each shift.
• Prepare and maintain fresh garnishes, juices, mixers, and other ingredients to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards in all bar and guest-facing areas.
• Support special events, VIP experiences, and promotional activations throughout Netflix House.
• Collaborate with culinary, operations, retail, and guest experience teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Secure beverage inventory, equipment, cash banks, and cash drops according to company procedures.
• Follow all company safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, entertainment venue, hotel, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment while maintaining exceptional guest service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
• RAMP, ServSafe Alcohol, or equivalent certification preferred (where applicable).
