Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and service-focused Bartender to join a luxury hotel in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality background, excellent beverage knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience within a luxury hotel, lodge or 5-star hospitality environment
  
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beverages and bar service
  
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
  
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high service standards
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
  
• Good knowledge of hygiene, health and safety standards
