Bartender NA-04

This position is located at: multiple locations-Fort Polk,LA. This is an open continuous announcement. All qualified applicants will be forwarded to management on a weekly or as needed basis.

Operates a small full-service bar, mixing and serving a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Records sales and makes change or prepares charge slips in accordance with operating procedures.

Keeps bar, utensils, equipment and work area clean and sanitary.

Keeps records of quantities of beverages dispensed and submits requirement for re-stocking to supervisor.

Uses tact and courtesy to deny further sales to persons whose conduct has become unruly or who appear to be intoxicated.
