Bartender

Oakley Country Club in Watertown, MA is looking for a friendly and customer-focused full- or part-time Bartender to join our team. THE BASICS

Pay: This full-time or part-time bartending position offers $23 - $25 per hour, flexible scheduling, paid training, and a convenient location directly on the MBTA #73 bus line.

Schedule: This position is full- or part-time time. We offer flexible scheduling and may begin as early as 7:00 AM and end as late as 1:00 AM. Sunday availability is required.

YOUR DAY AS A BARTENDER

As a full- or part-time Bartender, you will start your shift by setting up the bar and making sure you have the ingredients, supplies, and materials needed for service. Throughout the day, you will interact with members, take drink orders, prepare beverages, and help create a positive experience for everyone you serve. You will keep your work area clean and organized while maintaining a professional and welcoming bar environment. You will also have the opportunity to assist with weekly cocktail specials and help create new drink offerings. Every shift, you will play an important role in delivering the excellent service that members have come to expect from Oakley Country Club.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A BARTENDER

• 1+ years of bartending experience OR 3+ years of serving experience Sunday availability
• A cheerful, customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to create positive experiences for club members
• Willingness to learn and participate in paid training
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized bartending area
• Interest in contributing ideas for weekly cocktail specials and new drinks
