The Role

As a Bartender on Clearwater Beach, you’ll be the spark behind a fast, welcoming bar—mixing great drinks and keeping the energy high for every guest. You’ll craft classic and house cocktails, pour beer and wine, handle cash/POS transactions, check IDs, and keep your bar station clean, stocked, and ready for the next rush.

Required skills/qualifications:
- Friendly, guest-first communication and a calm, upbeat presence
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment and work as part of a team
- Basic math and comfort using a POS system
- Responsible alcohol service mindset; willingness to follow all policies
- Must meet local legal age requirements to serve alcohol
