About the role
A bartender role focused on preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer orders, maintaining bar standards, and delivering friendly, efficient customer service in a club environment.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer orders
Mix and prepare cocktails, spirits, beers and other drinks in accordance with the club's service standards
Take drink orders, provide recommendations and deliver friendly, efficient customer service
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the bar counter, equipment, glassware and surrounding areas
Monitor beverage stock levels and replenish drinks, ice, garnishes and other bar supplies when necessary
Assist with bar setup before opening and cleaning, stock checks and closing duties after operations
Process customer orders and payments accurately using the designated ordering or payment system
Follow responsible alcohol service practices and comply with applicable liquor licensing, hygiene and workplace safety requirements
Coordinate with floor staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods
Requirements
Friendly, energetic and customer-oriented personality with good communication skills
Previous bartending or F&B experience is preferred
Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktail preparation
Responsible, reliable and attentive to cleanliness and service quality
Able to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays according to the work schedule
Able to work independently and as part of a team
