Description
JOIN TEAM WOTTON!
At Wotton House, we do things a little differently.
Set in the beautiful Surrey countryside and surrounded by history, gardens and plenty of character, Wotton House is a hotel where no two days are quite the same. From weddings and celebrations to corporate events and countryside escapes, there's always something happening – and our Bar team plays a huge part in creating memorable experiences for our guests.
We're welcoming, creative and proudly a little quirky. Our approach is simple: "Yes – what's the question?" We look for solutions, support one another and aren't afraid to think differently.
We're also proud of our Green Key accreditation, our relationships with the local community and our commitment to making more responsible choices.
We're the flamingo in a flock of pigeons.
In short? It's Wonderfully Wotton.
THE ROLE – BARTENDER
We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and passionate Bartender to join our Bar team and bring a little Wonderfully Wotton magic to every guest experience.
Whether you're mixing up a cocktail, recommending the perfect glass of wine or simply making someone feel welcome after a long day, you'll play an important part in creating the atmosphere that makes Wotton House so special.
Our bars are at the heart of some pretty memorable moments, from relaxed afternoon drinks to lively wedding celebrations and everything in between. We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering great service with a smile.
You don't need to know every cocktail under the sun, but a passion for hospitality, a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are a must!
If you love great drinks, great people and being part of a team that does things a little differently, we'd love to hear from you!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who knows that great hospitality isn't just about what's in the glass – it's about how you make people feel.
You'll bring:

Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Experience in a hotel, cocktail bar or busy hospitality environment would be a bonus, but personality, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are just as important to us.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who brings positive energy, enjoys making people smile and wants to be part of something a little different.
