Description
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Assist with daily bar operations, including opening and closing duties.
Prepare beverage ingredients such as fruits, garnishes, ice, and mixers.
Ensure all beverages meet quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar counter, equipment, and working areas.
Monitor beverage inventory, replenish supplies, and report low-stock items.
Provide friendly and professional customer service while handling guest orders and enquiries.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations.
Job Requirements
Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.
No prior bartending experience required; training will be provided.
Willing to learn bartending techniques, cocktail preparation, and beverage knowledge.
Previous experience in bartending, hospitality, or the F&B industry is an advantage.
Friendly personality with good communication and customer service skills.
Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn with a positive attitude.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced F&B environment.
Good teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
