Bartender
Position Details: Bartenders Servers at the Oliver Hospitality Management portfolio properties F&B outlets will deliver unparalleled guest service. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Craft quality cocktails and serve other beverages
- Proper drink construction technique and policy adherence
- Engage with guests in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Focus on performance, productivity and teamwork for the entirety of the shift, start to finish
- Communicate to leadership and teammates when help/assistance is needed
- Demonstrate pour consistency and consistent drink handling skills
- Perform bartop maintenance and stocking
- Maintain a clean work area
- Demonstrate accurate product knowledge
