Our Mission & How You Will Live Our Core Values

Nova's guiding purpose is to create concepts where intentional ingredients, genuine hospitality, exceptional craft, and lighthearted play can converge. We innovate unique, layered experiences that nourish people, nurture talent, and serve the communities we call home.
Here is how you bring that mission to life behind the bar:
-
Authentic Hospitality: You create spaces that feel like a second home. You engage warmly with guests and team members, practicing active listening, clear communication, and genuine care.

Action With Intention: Every detail matters. You follow craft cocktail recipes to ensure consistency, manage inventory accurately, and take orders with attention to dietary restrictions and special requests.
-
A Commitment to Growth: You stay ahead of beverage trends, deepen your wine and craft cocktail knowledge, welcome constructive feedback, and always work to elevate your craft.
-
For This Community: You come to work to build a community. You take responsibility, step up when the team is in the weeds, and foster connection and joy both behind the bar and across the dining room.
