What You Will Do & Core Responsibilities

Craft & Guest Experience

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, wine, beer, and proper bartending techniques.

• Engage directly with guests, recommending signature cocktails, suggesting alternatives, and delivering an exceptional hospitality experience.

• Sincerely surrender yourself every day to the service of our guests with a strong sense of urgency and personality.

• Maintain constant communication with colleagues to anticipate guest needs and track seat availability across the lounge.

Bar Operations & Teamwork

• Responsible for monitoring, restocking, and replenishing bar inventory, prep items, and supplies.

• Rigorously maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety and health standards.

• Adapt to changes on the fly, remaining open to innovation and process improvements.

• Actively listen and communicate effectively with FOH and BOH teammates.

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience: Prefer two (2) or more years of serving/bartending experience in a high-volume refined dining, lounge, or bar environment.

• Technical Knowledge: Professional knowledge base of classic and creative cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.

• Certifications: Valid TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certification required prior to start.

• Skills & Attributes: High sense of urgency, superior communication skills, rigorous attention to detail, and a hospitality-driven attitude.

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

• Able to stand or walk for a minimum of eight hours in a fast-paced, high-volume lounge setting with bright lights, dynamic noise levels, and tight spaces.

• Able to twist, reach, bend, climb, carry, and lift up to 25 pounds.

• Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking).

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors as needed based on business volumes.
