Compensation for fully trained Bartenders starts at $4.35/hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning.
Schedule
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Morning (AM) availability preferred

Responsibilities
- Welcome bar guests promptly and create a friendly, energetic atmosphere
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages according to company standards
- Maintain strong knowledge of beverage offerings, menu items, and drink preparation
- Fulfill dining room beverage tickets accurately and efficiently
- Follow service standards to ensure consistent guest experiences
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive hospitality throughout service
- Build positive guest interactions that reflect the 30hop brand and culture
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, stocked, and service ready at all times
- Complete opening, running, and closing sidework duties
- Process guest checks and payments accurately and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar tools, equipment, and glassware
- Support team members and restaurant operations as needed
- Additional duties assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to remain professional and composed in a high volume environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
