Seasonal part-time bartender role serving premium hospitality at Rice University stadium events, handling bar setup, guest service, and cleanup.

Proof of the Pudding, premier food service provider of Food & Beverage for all Premium/Suites Hospitality locations at Rice Stadium, is currently seeking experienced Bartenders to join the team. This position will work with the front of house team in hospitality for football gameday and other sporting events.
This is seasonal/part-time work as business needs are dictated by athletic events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for both pre & post bar set-up/break down responsibilities.
- Sets bar up in a timely manner.
- Communicate well with bar back during event to assist them with replenishment during shift.
- Greet all guests and give exceptional customer service.
- Attentive to guests’ needs throughout the entire event.
- Cleans bar after closing, discard excess ice.
- Responsible for placing all items back in bar box as originally received.
Performs other related duties as required
