BAS Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute Building Automation Controls projects from kickoff through closeout
Develop and track project budgets, schedules, and financial forecasts
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation alignment
Maintain control over project costs to meet financial and margin objectives
Prepare, review, and process change orders and scope adjustments

Ideal Candidate

Demonstrated experience as a BAS Project Manager or similar role in mechanical or controls contracting
Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, or building automation construction processes
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple active projects
Experience with both Design-Build and Plan & Spec environments is preferred
