Control Technologies BAS Service Technician
Responsibilities and Duties:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC Controls at customer facilities
Service and preventative maintenance on assigned customer contracts
Inform management and customer(s) of job progress and issues
Research and learn various controls systems as instructed
Occasionally working with third-party contractors to accomplish a common goal
Adhere to all active company safety policies
Complete timecards and trip reports in a timely manner utilizing company software
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
5-7+ years work experience in the building automation, mechanical industry or relevant work experience
Knowledge in building automation systems and building management systems
Must have Niagara certification
Must have SST or OSHA equivalent.
Experience working with LON, BACnet and Modbus Communications
Knowledgeable with sequence of operations for boilers, chillers, air-handling units, electrical equipment, motors, and other HVAC equipment
Experience with Tridium Niagara, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Alerton, Distech, Siemens, Andover, Delta, or Schneider
In addition, must have solid organizational and communication skills along with strong demonstration and presentation capabilities. Good computer skills with Microsoft
Salary: $55-$65/hr. based on experience
