👩‍💼 Position: Base Manager (12-month National Contract)
🎓 Qualification: Master's in Social Sciences, Economics, Development Studies, or related field
💼 Experience: 5+ years in an INGO, including 3+ years managing teams
🌍 Expertise: Emergency response, project & field office management, refugee/IDP programs
🗣️ Language: Fluent English
