💰 Salary: Up to $3,000 per month (commensurate as per experienced)

📍 Central Singapore (Bishan/Serangoon)

🗓️ 4 Days Work Week

⏰ 12-Hour Shifts (7am - 7pm/7pm - 7am/8am - 8pm/8pm - 8am)

Job Responsibilities

Resident Care Support

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility assistance, and toileting care
• Support basic nursing care procedures under the supervision of trained nurses
• Assist with monitoring residents' general well-being and condition
• Support nurses during emergencies and clinical procedures
• Facilitate activities and engagement programmes to enhance residents' quality of life

Operational Support

• Assist healthcare professionals during consultations and care activities
• Escort and transfer residents for appointments and activities when required
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits
• Attend training programmes to maintain and improve caregiving skills
• Ensure residents receive safe, respectful, and person-centred care

Requirements

• Relevant healthcare, caregiving, nursing aide, patient service associate, healthcare assistant, or eldercare experience preferred
• Candidates with customer service, hospitality, or caregiving backgrounds are welcome to apply
• Compassionate, patient, and service-oriented personality
• Able to perform hands-on caregiving duties
• Comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Immediate starters preferred
